The top is oval emerald with original cubic zirconium (the CZ is the stone adorning all rings presented to the non-players-this was ordered by Charles Finley who had notoriously tight pockets). Circling is text that reads “1972 World Champions” in raised letters. On the right shank is “Oakland A’s-Romo”, on the left shank is “World Series A’s 4, Reds 3” with “Charles Finley” banner and “S+S=S.” “Joe Romo” engraved in script on the inside of the ring. Size 12.
