The Native American who pulled off one of the greatest upsets in Olympic history, his 10,000 meter win at the 1964 Olympic Games. Eighteen images include: wonderful oversized portrait wearing “Billy Mills U.S. Olympic” patch, two classic running shots of the 1964 Olympic win (2), in military garb, 1965 SF Invitational, winning 1965 AAU (4), winning 1965 “Five Mills” in Italy, winning 1964 Interforces Track and Field Championships, presentation of his Olympic medal (2), rare and early 1960 portrait by Duke Dambra of Kansas, with his gold medal and more.
