Back after his second retirement "The Rocket" is fired up and throwing heat once again. This outstanding offering, though, dates from the early days of his career when his meteoric rise to super stardom was only lifting off. The grey "road" jersey is sewn with "Boston" across the chest in navy tackle twill just above his, circa 1990, black Sharpie signature (8/10), while on the verso is his number "21". On the front left tail is "Rawlings [size] 46" and "3 Inch Extra Length" tagging, with additional "Set 1 1987" flag tag. Overall, the jersey displays light but evident use overall.
