Personal and vintage, this leather-clad Barr-Farnum photo post card album channels that bygone era of baseball with individual portraits of the 1909 Washington Senators, featuring one of the greatest pitchers ever, Walter Johnson, before The Big Train - as he was called - really got that windmill windup into the record books; he held the all-time total strikeout record for 56 years. Contains 23 beautiful, sepia-toned images, all measuring roughly 4x6”, and all but one are individual portraits, that of Manager Joe Cantillon, trainer J.W. Eddinger, C.E. Smith, T.J.
