This sweet Louisville Slugger (model C235) was gripped by the great Red Sox hitter Wade Boggs. Game used and signed by the 12-year consecutive All-Star (1985-96), the bat measures 34 ½”, and his autograph, in blue marker, rates 9/10 and is positioned to the left of his engraved signature. Slightly faded black #26 on knob, and additional writing (model, and bat length) inside the cupped end. Bat shows heavy use, with lots of pine tar, and appears to be uncracked. Dates to 1986-88 era, and is a fine addition to any Boston fan’s collection. Comes with LOA, and photograph of Boggs actually signing.
