The 60 card 1928 Harrington's Ice Cream set shares the same format and checklist with several other contemporary ice cream sets. The 1-3/8" x 2-1/2" cards are printed in black and white. The card backs have a redemption offer that includes an ice cream bar in exchange for a Babe Ruth Card or a gallon of ice cream for a complete set of 60. This lot is for the key card in the set # 6 Babe Ruth. The card has been graded by SGC 40 VG 3. It has great eye appeal and offers a clear image of Ruth following through with his throw. The card has 3 solid corners and only the top right shows a bit more wear. The back is clean and problem free, just a tiny bit of wear to the top left corner. An excellent pick up for any Ruth or type card collection.
