With WWII raging, they were still playing pro hockey in Cleveland. The Barons wool jersey is as straightforward and original as it gets. Beauty and simplicity rolled into one sweet goaltenders upper garment. Worn for parts of three seasons by back-up goalie Lloyd Storie who spent his entire pro career in the AHL and IHL. Jersey shows nice moderate game wear with scuffs, piling and blood stains. No moth holes!! Large Linen #1 on front and back. Great period tagging in hem includes cleaning instruction, size 46, The Cleveland Sports Good Co., The ARENA, 3700 Euclid Ave., Cleveland, O. Vibrant blue with red and white trim.
