No it's not someone from the cast of McHale's Navy. It's baseball great Mickey Cochrane in a photo taken while he was a Navy Officer during WWII. His son was killed during combat in Europe during the War. Signature in black fountain pen is 9/10. "To Maude, Hoping you stay with us until this show is over. Sincerely Mickey Cochrane."
