This Topps test issue had a very limited run and are in scarce supply today considering they were intended to be used and then discarded. The tattoos measure 3 1/2" x 14 1/4". Each sheet contains an assortment of tattoos in two sizes. Included are Players, facsimile autographed baseballs, team pennants and assorted baseball cartoon figures carried on 16 different sheets. Presented is a 1971 Topps Baseball Tattoo empty display box graded GAI 6 EX-MT. In addition there are 47/48 GAI graded wax packs. The breakdown is as follows (45) GAI 7.5 NM+, (1) GAI 7 NM, and (1) GAI 6.5 EX-MT.
