Includes a signed 3 x 5" index card with a handwritten note by Bell explaining some misprints in the set. The note reads: "Mr. Firestone If you bought a set of those cards. It was a miss print. I didn't say Martin Dihigo was the greatest player that I had seen or Buck O'Neil was the owner of the Monarch team or I hit 480 in the Negro League. I hit 480 in the City League. Sincerely James Cool Papa Bell". Signature is 9/10.
