Very rare seat in any condition, this one is sweet!!! This Polo Grounds double figural sided seat is of the finest quality. Literally taken right out of the stadium in 1964 by the consignor. One of the finest seats ever created, this one sports impressive-looking figural "NY" logos on both sides. A classic creation that has become increasingly tough to find in the passing years. In unrestored condition, with deep green paint with white stenciled number (1). Visible underneath the green paint on both stanchions, is some of the original Polo Grounds orange paint (neat!). This remarkably preserved chair displays minimal wear, mostly to the metal arms. Simply put, the best Polo Grounds seat we have handled.
