Collection of material from all relates to Velvalee Dickinson who was convicted of espionage for conspiring with the Japanese against the USA during WWII. She was known as the "Doll Woman" when she used her doll business in New York to send information concerning U.S. Naval forces to contacts in South America. This material is all from a close friend of hers, and one of the foundling "mothers" of the doll hobby. Includes a collection of 14 product photos of her dolls (8 x 10"), two catalogues signed and inscribed by Velvalee Dickinson in black marker and much more. Excellent Condition.
