Offered is an outstanding collection of signed basketballs highlighted by a Spalding specimen signed by nine members of the 1992 Olympic Dream Team. Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson, Larry Bird, John Stockton, Chris Mullin, Scottie Pippen, Charles Barkley, Patrick Ewing, and David Robinson have all left autographs in black sharpie. The crown jewel of the Celtics mini-ball is the bold, dark signature left by "Pistol" Pete Maravich; it's joined by other Boston greats such as Tommy Heinsohn, Red Auerback, Sam Jones, JoJo White, Bob Cousy, and a dozen others (18 total). The remainder of the collection consists of three Celtic team signed balls (one Official NBA Game Ball, two green and white signature balls) signed by the likes of Larry Bird, Kevin McHale, Robert Parish, Reggie Lewis, and Chris Ford (13-15 total on each). Overall, with the exception of the mini-ball which has a team decal that is beginning to peel, the balls are in NR-MT condition or better. The autographs as a whole grade an "8" out of "10" with most being better.
