Rin Tin Tin is probably the most recognized name in the history of the German Shepherd Dog. The first Rin Tin Tin was discovered during World War I, September 15, 1918, by US Air Corporal Lee Duncan and his battalion in Lorraine, France. In 1922, Rin Tin Tin performed for the crowd at a dog show by jumping 13-½ feet. Following the show, producer Darrell Zanuck asked Duncan if he could try out his new 'moving pictures' camera on the dog and paid $350 to film him in action. From there his career took off. Poster is off the star's starring role in "The Night Cry." Poster is 27x41" and is in EX+ condition. In the 1955 Rinny became a household favorite as he moved to the small screen with a succsessful TV serial.
