A most impressive bronze high-relief of Ted Williams at bat, which vividly captures the legendary determination and intensity of Ted Williams at the plate. The background itself appears to coil, in anticipation of the powerful swing about to come. The piece measures 31" x 36" and is beautifully framed and mounted, ready for hanging. Although created in 2001, the sculpture has the appearance and patina of a vintage item. Obtained by the original owner at a charity auction at the Ted Williams Museum in Florida. Condition is NRMT.
