From the early 1920's, a wonderful photo of the immortal Ty Cobb on the field in his Tiger's road uniform and looking - as always - ready for action. The contrast and clarity of this 7 1/2" x 9 1/2" photo are just outstanding, and condition is a strong NRMT. An "International News Photo" stamp appears on the reverse. This wonderful vintage photo was directly printed from the original negative, and will surely occupy a central place in any collection.
