New York City was introduced to professional football in 1925 when the Giants took the field to play against the Frankford Yellow Jackets. The franchise had many ups and downs since, and in 2000 the Giants returned to the upper echelon for the first time since taking a Super Bowl in 1990. After dismantling Minnesota in one of the most lopsided games in NFC championship history they fell to Baltimore in the Super Bowl, 34-7. Heavy 14 karat gold pendant is stamped on the back. Presentational piece is identical to the face of the rings the players were presented with. Blue stone in the center with "NY" encrusted with real diamonds set in center of stone. NRMT.
