The 1975 All Star game was exciting all the way to the end. Carl Yastrzemski’s 3-run homer tied the game in the sixth inning, and the score stayed close until the ninth inning, when a combination of timely hits and tough errors won it for the NL, 6-3. This game marked the 24th - and final - All Star appearance by the immortal Hank Aaron.
