Gary Croteau looked like he had a chance to be a scoring machine at one time. In his first season at St. Lawrence University he scored 20 goals and 31 points in just 24 games. He was signed to a professional contract by the Los Angeles Kings in 1968. From 1970 until 1974, he got his first chance at playing regularly as a member of the California Golden Seals. He went in the next expansion to the Kansas City Scouts for the 1974-75 season where he played for two seasons before the franchise moved to Denver. In 1978-79 Croteau he scored a respectable 23 goals. Huge Rockies logo on front and his number "18" on the sleeves and reverse. "Rawlings 46" size tag in collar. Captain's "C" removed. Sleeves were lengthened. Great visible use with lots of marks all over.
