White sweater with red and blue trim from the first year of the Rochester Americans organization. Fantastic wool jersey with 9 red stars sewn onto the upper torso. Below that in white lettering on blue background is "Americans." Reverse has 7 red stars on the upper torso above the number "10" which also appears on the left sleeve. Tie-front jersey has no less than 20 team repairs on the sweater yet it remains in nice condition. This jersey was worn by Gary Collins for 33 games in 56-57. If you’re a fan of vintage fifties wools, this is the one for you. An out and out gem.
