A very nice California Angels jersey worn by "Big Dave" Winfield. There can be no doubt the closest hands on an athlete’s jersey, aside from the star himself, is probably the team’s equipment manager. Here we have the fruits of such a close association, along with a Letter of Authenticity. It was during Winfield’s second season with the Angels that he became the oldest man to hit for the cycle (a single, double, triple, and home run in the same game) at age 40! Stitched across the chest are the bold, red block letters spelling “Angels” (with classic yellow halo propped on point of “A”), and below this Winfield’s # 32, also red. Left tail contains expected official Rawlings tag, size 50. Each short sleeve ends encircled with 3 bold bars – blue/red/blue; on the back of right sleeve is stitched into the blue bar - “Rawlings.” Angel’s logo patch is stitched into left sleeve (in the circle, a haloed red “A” lays atop a blue stitching of the state of California). On the back of this awesome jersey is arched, red and bold, “Winfield”, with even bigger # 32 below it.
