Every young baseball fan at one time or another wonders what it would be like to be a bat boy for their favorite team. This full outfit was worn by a Cubs batboy at away games circa 1947. Great style with jersey, pants and leggins. Jersey is just like that of the Cubs' players and has "Chicago" sewn on the front in blue felt with the traditional red line of that era sewn below it. Number 34 in blue felt on the back. Jersey and pants have Wilson and size tags sewn in. Near perfect condition with some very minor staining near the bottom of the pants. A unique and great Cubs display piece.
