A group of three items with desirable signatures, consisting of: 1) Signed early photo of Herbert Hoover, nicely framed and matted to 11" X 14"; 2) 1927 New York State National Guard Commission letter, on a very nicely lithographed letterhead and with State Seal in foil, signed in fountain pen by Governor Alfred E. Smith; and 3) 1930 New York State National Guard Commission letter, as above, but signed by Governor Franklin D. Roosevelt.
