After being named the World Series MVP in 2000, Jeter put on another impressive performance in the 2001 WS, hitting the game-winning HR off of Byung-Hyun Kim in game 4 (10th inning) to tie the Series at two apiece. It wasn’t enough to defeat the expansion team Arizona Diamondbacks, however. This black Louisville Slugger P72 might have been the one Derek Jeter used to get that memorable HR blast. Jeter surely connected more than just a few times with this bat as is evidenced from the great ball marks around the sweet spot. In addition, he has added his silver sharpie signature just below his signature stamp. Great use all over with dried pine tar on handle. LOA from Jeter, himself, stating that he used this bat in the World Series.
