Getting from here to there meant building a birch bark canoe. Which just happens to be the story behind card B-12 titled Indian Customs. This original pencil sketch is one of the immensely popular Wild West Card series. The hand-drawn pencil sketch was colorized and used to produce the actual trading card which was sold in a package along with the ever-popular piece of gum! This sketch is NRMT and has some minor adhesive smudges. Below this pencil sketch is the typewritten paragraph telling the story behind building the birch bark canoe. These words were printed on the reverse side of the finished card.
