Van Williams played the title role of “The Green Hornet”, with martial arts superstar Bruce Lee as his sidekick, Kato. Of course, sidekick only begins to describe the weapons in Lee’s formidable arsenal of slick moves. Here is an original script, dated June 14, 1966 for Episode 4 of the series, entitled “Crime Wave”, which aired on September 30, 1966. The series ran for 26 episodes and popular enough to make the cover of TV Guide (October 29, 1966). The 8 1/2” x 11”, 37-page script, includes final revisions and shows a few pencilled changes by Lee. Condition is NRMT. From the auction of Bruce Lee’s estate several years back as consigned by his family.
