Clearly the best, most exciting and most successful NHL hockey team of the ‘80’s was the Edmonton Oilers, who were headlined by the 3 players pictured on these cards. From the very fragile, very scarce set regionally issued in 1982 by the Red Rooster food store chain come these three untouched visions of glory. All 3 - Coffey, Gretzky and Messier - grade PSA 9 Mint, and are almost miraculous in that the cards are oversized and printed on very soft, fragile paper. In fact, these three actual cards are the ONLY EXAMPLES of any ‘82 Red Rooster cards to grade MINT 9 as attested to by PSA. The chance to acquire these three may not come along again for a very long time, so don’t drop the puck!
