George Gershwin was a trained musician who drew timeless melodies from a matrix of blues, jazz, popular and classical traditions; his brother Ira was a wonderful lyricist who made certain their songs would be sung forever. Nicely mounted and framed, with the mat decorated in a simple yet elegant art deco design. Interior size 13 1/2” x 21”, with overall size of 17” x 21”. Condition of the display materials is NNMT, with some light wear and tarnish on the metallic frame.
