Cupped-end Louisville C271 bat of Brett’s is a real gem. Outstanding use and perfect markings, with lots of AL ball marks in hitting area. Very heavy pine tar with bits of embedded grass on most of handle. Numerous spike marks on the other side of barrel. His nickname “Lou” (short for Looney Tunes, his favorite cartoon) is on the knob in black marker. “H” crack in handle was repaired nicely. You would be hard pressed to find a better Brett gamer than this example.
