The 1968-69 NHL season was a lopsided one. Every team in the East finished with a winning record while only one team in the West finished with more wins than losses. No surprise then that Eastern champion Montreal swept the Western champion St. Louis in the Finals. When you look through the cards in this set you’ll understand just how great the difference was between the two conferences. These 133 cards are 80% NM-MT unfortunately, with many having some centering issues. This is a very high grade set. Players included are Orr, Howe, Hull, Esposito, Sawchuk, Beliveau, Mikita, Horton and Henri Richard.
