One of the finest and toughest defensemen in the NHL, Tim Horton is also one of the toughest autographs. He was killed in a tragic car accident in 1974 while playing for the Buffalo Sabres. This marvelous half-page magazine photo of him as a Maple Leaf battling several Canadiens for the puck bears Horton’s hard-to-find signature in blue ink, grading NRMT status, as does the 6 x 8” image.
