What better marriage of American inconhood can there be than Elvis and baseball? Though the association between the King and the National Pastime has rarely been made, Elvis was a huge baseball fan and this rare fabulous hunka burnin’ bat was custom made for him by Adirondack, which gives new meaning to the line “let me be your Teddy Bear” (perhaps he was pining for a spot in the Cubs’ lineup?) Bat is engraved “Personal Elvis Presely Model” on the fat part, something he could have related to later in his life. Though there a few nicks on the wood, possibly from Memphis Mafia pickup games, the 34” blonde bat displays as nearly pristine and is surely one of the most unique -- and hardest hitting -- of Elvis items.
