On the roof of Busch Stadium there are some flags that ripple in the St. Louis breezes. One of these flags sits just below Old Glory on the tallest pole of all. It is the pennant recognizing the 2004 National League Champions, your Cardinals. The background is white with dark blue trim. The writing on the flag is in red, to the right of our Cardinals logo, with cardinal perched upon his usual yellow bat perch. Of course the “C” in “Cardinals” is once again gripping and steadying the perch. This is one of several flags flown this year. Fly it proudly.
