This vintage Cardinals steamer trunks has “5” on all sides and contains six individual wood bins on the inside each with a number stenciled on it designating a uniform size or player number. There are also six corresponding sections on the underside of the trunk top, which would be directly over each compartment when the lid was closed. These sections read: “Jacket Long – 30”, “Top – 32”, “Top”, “Bottom”, “Bottom 36” and “Bottom 40”. Again “St. Louis Cardinals” is stenciled onto the red and black metal frame on the top in gray, along with a recent vintage Cardinals logo pasted on. Trunk measures 42” wide, 25” high, 26” deep and is typically very well used.
