The king of Busch Stadium signs – the one that defined the most active of the ballpark, wagon gate area. Stretching across four green vinyl panels each measuring 48 x 86”, the familiar logo of the stadium with its schematic impression of the reach-for-the-sky roof and grandstand in blue with white pinstripes serves as the backdrop for the redbird and the Gateway Arch jutting high above. “Busch” is in red, white and blue across the lower part of the stadium and “Stadium” in white on red is at the bottom. The wall opened between the two inner panels to allow access to the tunnels and storage areas behind the wall. Sign is EX with the requisite amount of spike-induced rips in the vinyl and other damage, and a dusting of warning track cinder dirt on the lower part of the sign.
