The Golden Boy of Notre Dame seemed out of place in provincial Green Bay yet made the town his own with his electric personality, not to mention his incredible array of skills. This unique, signed Hornung photo plaque honors both phases of his career, college and pro (he's a HOFer in both), with a terrific sepia-toned 8 x 10 of him in a jump-pass PR pose above a blue plaque reading "Paul Hornung #5 Green Bay Packers Legend/1956 Heisman Trophy Winner" in silver. Hornung signed the photo with his name and "56 Heisman" in blue marker, the signature NRMT as is the marble veneered piece (12 x 15" overall), which has mounting holes on back.
