In 1971 Topps produced a 752 ct. set. The cards' black borders make it rare to assemble a set of high grade cards. The cards were distributed in 10¢ wax packs with either a coin or scratch-off insert and Topps abandoned complete career stats on the card back in order to feature player photos. Notable rookie cards include Steve Garvey, Dusty Baker/Don Baylor, Greg Luzinski, George Foster, Ted Simmons, Bert Blyleven, Ken Singleton, Jon Matlack, Ralph Garr and Dave Concepcion. This wax pack contains the coin insert and is graded EX-MT+ 6.5 by GAI.
