This document dated February 8, 1984 legally established her as Boy Toy's director and is signed with her full name "Madonna Ciccone" in blue pen. Signature is excellent but for the "M" being smudged apparently by water damage. Also signing was Judy Tint, a singer and Madonna cohort, who is listed as "sole incorporator." The law firm retained for the matter was Grubman Indursky & Schindler, headed by the powerful showbiz lawyer Allen Grubman (and father of PR woman and world’s worst driver Lizzie Grubman).
