A spawn of "MM-ania", when the 2 Yankee sluggers caught the public's fancy in the early '60s, this Stellar electric radio was stamped with the facsimile signatures of Mantle and Maris and there's a generic plastic figure of a baseball player swinging a bat attached to the speaker grille. Signatures sit under a green on/off knob above which is a tuning stick in the shape of, what else, a bat, mounted onto a baseball. Radio is 4 x 7 x 4 3/4" with wood top and sides. Electric cord attached and the radio is operational. Piece is EX with just a few nicks of the wood.
