These 2 dazzlers are nifty collectibles of the Oilers’ WHA incarnation - jerseys worn by 2 players who wore the number 11 a year apart, the latter by center Doug Berry in ‘78-79, otherwise notable as Wayne Gretzky’s first pro season. The other was worn in ‘77-78 by veteran NHL center Juha Widing who jumped to the WHA that season to finish his career. Blue and red dureen road jerseys have the team logo across the front, "Berry"/"Widing" screened in white across the back and "11" on back and on both sleeves in red on white tackle twill. Berry jersey has "Rawlings [size] 48" in collar, Widing has "Rawlings [size] 46." Jerseys show good, tough use.
