This original 11- by 14-inch Burke work (MINT) packs the kind of vintage punch that Foxx displayed in his Hall of Fame career. This probably dates to 1932, the year Foxx won his first home run crown with 58 for the Philadelphia Athletics. Note the cutoff sleeves and undershirt. Foxx loved to show off his muscles.
