In terms of Population rarity, this card is as good as it gets. It's the ONLY PSA 9 graded to date, with no 10's either. Big Ray Moore was counted on by the Orioles to provide some bullpen help and he surely delivered for them. The card is centered, pack fresh and completely Mint. Boo-yah!
