Marvelous framed Cobb display integrates a signed 1955 check at the bottom and a 14 x 17" b&w photo of The Peach in his prime assuming a bunt stance, glove at his feet and telltate holes in each of his socks. Photo recalls a classic Cobb story about coming to bat in a 1947 old-timers game and warning ex-Yankee catcher Benny Bengough to move back because he hadn't swung a bat in 20 years -- then, when Bengough did, laying down a perfect bunt for a hit.
