Lot 71: Jimi Hendrix Bracelet
ITEM DESCRIPTION
One of the rarer Hendrix accessories is this woven suede leather and turquoise-beaded bracelet that Jimi gave to an artist friend named Nancy Reiner at a recording session at Olmstead Studios in New York City in 1969. Reiner later created the cover art for the Hendrix LP "Cry of Love".
Bracelet measures 21" with a 6" centerpiece of interlocking suede strips and a line of beads snaking in and around them. Bracelet is in EX condition, the only damage being that the line of beads has separated from the suede on the left side, though it can be easily repaired. Comes with a LOA from Nancy Reiner.
