He signed his autograph later, after he had fulfilled his promise, winning three NFL titles as coach of the Cleveland Browns while revolutionizing the game. Scouts, year-round coaching staff, game film, players shuttling plays into the huddle: That was all Brown. Borderless black-and-white is in terrific shape. You can still see every blade of grass. Brown's inscription reads: "Best Wishes to my Friend -- Curt Ceder -- Paul E Brown Cleveland Browns, Cincinnati Bengals."
