Vintage poster from the label that made jazz "hot" -- Brunswick Records, which was home for numerous jazz greats. Poster incredibly lists Duke Ellington, Louis Armstrong, Cab Calloway, Chick Webb, Earl Hines, Fletcher Henderson, Benny Goodman, and the Chicago Rythmn Kings. The classic "cool" black poster has as its core a disk of the Duke's "Tiger Rag" with an illustration of a wailin' combo and the Brunswick roster in white on yellow. "Jazz Hot" is in yellow at top and the Brunswick script logo at bottom. 14 x 21 1/2" and light cardboard, EX-MT. Artist signed and dated 1933.
