The most complete player this generation has known got his 2,980th hit with this Sam Bat KB1 on his way to the 3,000 marker (achieved on Oct. 7, 2001). Signed on the barrel in silver sharpie, “Rickey Henderson hits 2980”. #24 is written on knob as well as barrel end. Nice use with black taped handle. LOA from Rickey Henderson.
