The first lady to traverse the mighty Atlantic, inciting a new way of thinking about women in American society. Amelia Earhart was a pioneer of the Women's Movement and among the bravest people in history. Offered is her book on flying entitled, The Fun of It (1932). Signed with inscription and date on the front free enpaper in extra fine black fountani pen, "To John Buckner from a neighbor-to-be, Amelia Earhart - 1935." Inscription and signature are of exceptional quality, grading 9.5 out of a possible 10. Book itself is EX.
