Lot 1280: Ted Williams & Bobby Doerr Original Negative
ITEM DESCRIPTION

An absolutely fabulous image of three of Boston’s finest performers of the 1940’s. The ultimate Red Sock, Johnny Pesky, is flanked by fearsome slugger Rudy York and another pretty fair hitter named Williams. These guys could hit, but unfortunately they shared the misfortune of playing in the same era as the DiMaggio led Yankees. This original 4”x 5” negative is in NRMT condition.
