The chain-stitched Indian head and tomahawks of the Chicago Blackhawks can’t be beat. Pre-NOB crossed v-neck with the single ply white “5” on the back and sleeves dates this dureen to the early Seventies. Tagged by Wilson in the neck with the blank size area (faint number in ink). Very nice game wear with approx. 20 team repairs including a seven-inch surgical repair running down the front striping. Garter style fight strap in the tail. A few of these Wilson non-Gunzos examples have turned up in notable collections. Old time hockey!
